My purpose for doing everything I do has always been to try to change the emerging artist experience so that it doesn’t have to be so damn painful. Yes, it’s hard to be an emerging Artist. Does your job require you to convince people you should be paid? Probably not. If so, it’s perhaps because you have a creative career. Go to DAC, they can help!

If you don’t know yet, I founded an artist development nonprofit, DAC, about a decade ago. Before I started DAC (and during), I did a lot of paid (and unpaid..ugh) work with my creativity and had to learn to run that creative business often the hard way. I became committed to using my Artist journey to help change the emerging artist experience alongside some brilliant people who helped me build that vision into what DAC is today, transforming the lives of emerging Artists.

Over the last decade, my founder journey has been such a gift, mainly because it didn’t end well. I entered the game too early with my zero business or nonprofit experience, plus a pandemic halfway through, and many unresolved personal issues sprinkled in. I had to grow up alongside the movement I was trying to build and just about lost it.

So, here we are now. I am taking my not-super pleasant but mostly inspiring founder experience and dedicating myself to helping other movement founders. I know people are doing big, purposeful work just like me. If I can share my experience and help them, I’m leveraging my experience to change people's lives so they don’t get in the way of their beautiful missions.

My Core Values

  • Let's Be Real

I am very thoughtful about how I spend my time. When it comes to consulting and my creative services I am very transparent about my value. I choose to work with clients who value who I am and what I stand for.

  • I'm an Eternal Optimist

The world I live in is a beautiful and inherently good. I have witnessed actual human suffering in some of the poorest countries on this planet but always found hope and love within those communities. I believe in the power of doing good. I do my best to listen and to go out of my way to be kind to people.

  • Growth Never Ends

Exploring life in my early 30’s means I am still figuring it all out. Though I’ve learned a lot, I still have a lot of work to do. I will never say that I made it or know it all. I will always be upfront and honest whenever sharing my story and be endlessly in pursuit of being better every day.

Welcome to my home.

I am beyond lucky to live and work at the Delaware Beaches. I wake up every morning by the ocean and am so proud to call this little community my home.

If you don’t know DAC, you should.

I am so proud of this incredible organization. I will always be the founder of this organization regardless of where my life takes me. DAC is still growing and needs as much support as possible. The people that make up this organization and the work that they are doing are what I am the most proud of.

If you generously support organizations financially, look no further than investing in this incredible cause.
